PEGA Developer	PRPC v5 CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification. Application design and development in Business Rule Engine (BRE) and Business Process Management (BPM) using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). Hands on experience in using Application, Accelerator, Activities, Flow actions, www.allindiajobs.in Harnesses, Sections, HTML streams, Correspondence, Decision Rules, Declarative rules and generating Reports. Experience of Pega implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing and deployment. Oracle Apps DBA	Oracle database concepts, SQL Tuning, Statspack and awr report analysis and interpretation, Overall system performance tuning, Various backup methods and the recovery processes.
