Desktop Support Engineer:

*Provide desktops and laptops to users under instructions from state IT manager Help users to setup domain     and mail accounts on desktops and laptops following proper processes, handholding of users
*Install software on laptops and desktops as required by users within IT security and compliance policies  
     covering Windows 7 OS, MS office suite, and all other special software used
*Attend to problems reported by users on desktops and laptops and rectify problems covering Antivirus
*Printer, Scanner, Internet, Mail, LYNC, Enterprise applications access, Service desk, Office software AD

Years of Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Education Qualification Required: Any Graduates / Diploma
