Skill Sets:            

HTML5 Programmers: (EXP: 2 to 6 Yrs) 

*HTML5, CSS / CSS3, Jquery, AJAX, JSON and JavaScript
*Good to have a knowledge in SCORM 1.2/2004, AICC and Tim Can API
*Experienced in developing dynamic, interactive UI (JS, JQuery and Ajax )
*Good understanding of web technologies, usability, and object oriented
   programming and development frameworks such as Backbone.js.

Graphic Design: (EXP: 2 to 3 Yrs)  

* Adobe Photoshop CS-X, Adobe Flash CS-X, Adobe Captivate X,
   Lectora, Trainnersoft. Any sound editing tool.

Instructional Design: (EXP: 2 to 6 Yrs) 

*Experience in learning needs analysis, curriculum design,
  instructional design, training strategy, and content development.
*  Should have thorough understanding and experience of working
    on ILTs and WBTs using effective instructional strategies.
*Tools : Mandatory - MS Office &  Knowledge of authoring tools like
 Captivate, Articulate is an added advantage.
