We are looking for an entry level QA Engineer who will work with existing Checkpoint QA Team members and work as a team to verify & validate the Checkpoint product releases year over year.
Essential Responsibilities (Specific day-to-day responsibilities and milestones needed to achieve the objectives):
- Testing the Checkpoint product.
- Work with QA team members, development team and project managers to understand requirements for new application development and improvements to existing application.
- Test the functional aspect of Checkpoint application as per the requirement.
- Work on existing automation framework as built up on Selenium and QTP and automate the Checkpoint features.

Qualifications
REQUIRED Skills and Experience (must have) (include associated number of years):
0.5 to 1.5 year of work experience in both manual and automation Software Testing.
Hand on experience on Functional Automation on any well known industry tool is desired.
Thorough hands on web based manual testing concepts.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year programming experience on C#/ Java/ or any Scripting Language.
Fluent communication skills
Strong aptitude & logical reasoning skills.
PREFERRED Skills and Experience (nice to have) (include associated number of years):
- Primary OS environment is Microsoft Windows with some UNIX as well
- TFS experience.
- MS Office experience.
Education / Certifications (Specific degrees and/or certifications required or preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related fields.
