Job Description :
- Experience in attending calls and should assess customer's technical support needs.
- Should provide 1st level technical support for basic operations using documented procedures and available tools.
- Should resolve customer issues, or escalate when necessary.
- Should Follow-up on issues and inform customer about the status.
- Should Support other team members on difficult calls.
- Should participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in Customer education.
- Experience in Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Should have Hardware and networking knowledge.
- Should have good customer handling skills
- Should hold Excellent communication skills
- Should be able to generate reports in excel
