Job Description :

• Experience in attending calls and should assess customer's technical support needs.
• Should provide 1st level technical support for basic operations using documented procedures and available tools.
• Should resolve customer issues, or escalate when necessary.
• Should Follow-up on issues and inform customer about the status.
• Should Support other team members on difficult calls.
• Should participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in Customer education.
• Experience in Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Should have Hardware and networking knowledge.
• Should have good customer handling skills
• Should hold Excellent communication skills
• Should be able to generate reports in excel
