The selected Graduate would be a part of Blackrock Solutions, within BlackRock:

Business Unit – BlackRock Solutions – Client Solutions (CS):

The Client Solutions (CS) group within BlackRock Solutions provides strategic advice and investment solutions to institutional investors, such as pension plans, endowments and foundations, financial institutions, and official institutions on their most critical and most complex investment issues. Rooted in BlackRock’s culture of objective problem-solving, the CS group designs custom portfolios and employs novel investment structures that seek to achieve goals otherwise unattainable by traditional asset allocations. The group leverages Aladdin®, BlackRock’s enterprise investment system, to support the entire investment management process which includes risk reporting, analytics, portfolio management, trade execution, and operational processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyst will be involved in solving challenging business problems using creative solutions utilizing a variety of technologies

• They will help with maintenance and support of our existing models, applications, & processes and may also play important roles designing and implementing new tools & processes

• Analyst Interns are often given the leverage to run with small-to-medium scale projects on their own in collaboration with Global Teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute.

• Strong programming ability and RDBMS concepts. Exposure to at least one of the

languages: C or C++ or Java or Perl. Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.

• Good Knowledge of Analytical Tools and MS Office (Excel, Word and Power-point).

• Willingness to work in EMEA/ASIA Pac shift timings.
