Role Responsibilities
- Resolve all incidents, service requests, and WOWs within SLA targets
- Ensure proper handoff of issues
- Timely and accurately document resolution activities
- Diagnose, prioritize and escalate tickets to L3 team
- Follow up on escalated issues where applicable
- Identify needed KB articles and support documentation to L3 team
- Identify application and process improvements  
- Implement improvement initiatives
- Participate in transition and technology training
- Provide good customer experience (CE)
- Communicate resolution activities and escalations appropriately

  Requirements
- Education: BE/BTech/MCA
- Overall 1 - 4 years of experience in data-warehousing area with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Willing to work in 24X7 support model with rotating shifts.
- Business Objects/ Micro Strategy Stream
- Primary: Development/Administrative/Support experience on Business Object and/or Micro Strategy reporting tools/components.
- Secondary: Basic knowledge/experience on any Reporting tool (Business Object/MSTR/SSRS/Crystal etc.).
- D3/MSAS/SSRS Stream
- Primary: Development/Administrative/Support experience on ASP.NET (Versions 2.0, 3.0, 3.5) with C# language.
- SQL SERVER (Version 2005/2008) - Should know basic querying of the database.
