JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Success Technologist (CST) is responsible for supporting the technical side of ensuring that a Customer adopts our Technology through some proven methodologies for their success. This individual will have both business acumen as well as technical savvy to understand a customer’s business drivers and recommend a solution through our technology. Below are the high level activities of a CST.
Customer technology adoption
- On-Boarding –
o Workshops and Architecture Sessions to get customer started
o Training – deliver 1-2 day instructor lead remote training classes
- Customer Technical escalation Resolution
o Architecture and Adoption Roadmaps, Success Plans
o Customer Workshops
- Templates SWAT Team
o Sales extension to the platform – Application templates, connector usage
- Delivery Cloud Community Social Evangelist
o Best Practices on Informatica Cloud on community
o Community Documents Creation, Discussion and Q/A, Video and demos Post
Your Qualifications
- B.S. in computer science or computer engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong background in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Experience with Web Services based APIs, REST, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with “Cloud” applications including Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live, or others
- Ability to develop sample integrations for PoC purposes as required by the client
- Programming experience in Java, C, C++, or .NET
- Understanding of messaging-middleware technologies, including IBM MQ, TIBCO, WebMethods, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Apex coding
